Chris Loh, BA (Hons)
Director of Operations
Chris has been working in the Vancouver area for a little more than a decade having been a sought-after photographer; an Operations Manager for Saint James Academy; an NGO working to bring social transformation in inner city Vancouver; and most recently working as a Development Coordinator for the Vancouver Symphony Orchestra. He served 5 years in the Canadian Military, including a deployment in Afghanistan and has a Bachelors in Human Geography from Simon Fraser University. In recent years Chris has become something of a swing dancing enthusiast.
Peter Lublink, MTS, MA
Director of International Projects
Prior to moving to the Middle East in 2012 Peter spent 6 years working with one of Canada’s largest NGOs, spending his last four years leading community programs on Canada’s West Coast. He has a Bachelors degree in Classics and Political Science, a graduate certificate in Non-Profit Management, a Post Graduate Certificate in Education, a Masters in Theological Studies and a Masters of Arts in Social Justice and Community Development. He has travelled to some 75 countries and feels privileged to have explored places as varied and geographically spread out as Greenland, Iraq and Paraguay.
In addition to being a qualified and sought after graphic designer, Jenna has worked in a variety of marketing and communications roles following her degree in applied communications. She has worked on everything from logos and websites to product packaging, t-shirts and banners. University of Alberta, Edmonton Symphony Orchestra, The Joyful Project and the Town of Devon are just some of the many organizations she has worked with.
Jillian Read, BA
Jillian is an accomplished writer, having been featured by a number of online writing communities. More recently she has been invited to (and attended) a Penguin Random House’s writing conference in Manchester, UK. She has worked with community organizations in both Canada and the UK, including work with the arts, education and mentorship; as well as working in First Nations health care for Health Canada. She has a degree in International Relations from The University of British Columbia and loves living in Vancouver and biking along the seawall while avoiding geese.
George Kogan, MA
George Kogan has been working in the Greater Victoria area since 2010. Over the years he has worked in direct community programming in BC, Manitoba and the Greater Chicago area in Illinois and most recently with governmental programs in BC. He has a Masters Degree in leadership studies focusing on volunteer retention in non-profit organizations. He is a serious basketballer on the weekends.
Dr. Susannah-Joy Schuilenberg
In addition to practicing clinical psychology in Canada, Dr. Susannah-Joy Schuilenberg co-founded the Middle East Psychological Association and was the Clinical Coordinator & Supervising Psychologist at Kuwait’s leading clinical psychology practice. In addition to providing traditional in-person therapy sessions, she provides counselling services globally through workshops, seminars and online counselling. She regularly runs, bikes and camps around the Okanagan valley.
